1st day of 1st Grade!

Mary was very excited that first day! We are one week down and she is loving it!

I can't believe we have a 1st grader!

All ready! Isn't she beautiful!!!

After the first day I was asking her how school was. And she said it was "just wonderful!" And then she said "man, that was a long school and now it's time for bed!" 1st grade definitely wears her out! And she also comes home from school starving! Anyone else's child do the same?

I got a Job!

Yep... I got a job at the same elementary Mary attends! I am a paraprofessional in the resource room! I am very excited! I am thankful to be able to be home when Mary is home and make money while Mary is at school! A blessing for sure!

Back to School Night!

Last week was Mary's Back To School night! We went and dropped off her supplies and met her teacher! Her teacher is awesome! Her teachers name is Ms. Vriesman!

Mary is very excited to be in 1st grade!!

Last hurrah of Summer!

My parents and Brandon came down last weekend and spent a night here! I loved having them here!!!

We went and ate lunch at La Fiesta!

Then went to Shoshone Falls!

Graves Getaway

We had our annual Graves Getaway a couple weeks ago... Always a good time! This year we were at Banbury Hot Springs!

We went to Miracle Hot springs and to the Alligator Farm - so we could show Mary the alligators... Very intriguing!

Closer to 40 than 20!

This handsome man of mine turned 31! He is always saying now "I'm closer to 40 than 20"... That's right old man :) I made him apple pie on his birthday and we had a nice quiet evening!
