*Easter 2011*

Saturday Night we went over to my parents house and dyed Easter eggs!! Mary thought it was soo fun and got her hands SO dirty!

Me and my MOMMY!

This is what the Easter Bunny brought!! We like to have the majority of her easter basket with church things- so she will always know the TRUE meaning of Easter! She got a journal, crayons, Temple and Christ pictures to tape in her journal, Stickers of Christ and stickers that say "I am a Child of God" A sing a long DVD of most her favorite primary songs, candy, and chocolate!

The easter bunny also hid a few eggs that had jelly beans and one had a CTR ring! Which she loves and it stays on , and I cant get over how cute she looks with it!

We went over to my parents in the afternoon for Easter dinner and my parents did an easter egg hunt! Mary LOVED finding the eggs!

all the eggs had either candy, quarters, or there was one with a cute little stuffed puppy!!

My Mom also gave her a basket with some candy, a little magnetic sketch board, and a cute lil' purse!

{The Zoo on Earth Day!}

My Dad needed to go to the school to do some work, and so he came and saw Mary Saturday morning on his way to work. And before we left for the zoo!!

On Earth Day Tautphaus Park and the zoo have some fun things- and the animals are pretty lively as well!

HILARIOUS STORY:

My mom and Aubrey were talking and this was the conversation:

A: Why do you all go do something fun on the days I have to work, and the days I dont work we just sit around.

M: Well Emily invited us to go to the Zoo. Its earth day so they do some fun things there.

A: How do they know its Earth Day?

M: Um, its on the calendar...

A: But how do the animals know?

hahahahahahaha She thought my Mom was saying the animals do fun things! Oh Aubs... I LOVE YOU- You always were the one with common cents :)

So Lindsey, Mom, Brandon, Mary, and I went to the zoo!

My Mom bought the food to feed the goats... Mary did not like this part! Here she had the chance to have "it lick her" and she was not having it! You can see that she is freaking out in the above picture!

The Lions and Tiger were her FAVORITE! She kept saying "ohhh so cute" in her sweet little baby voice!!

Mary LOVED going to the zoo and the weather was gorgeous!!

I cant wait to take Mary to the Zoo more through the summer!

An update on life!

I have not updated in awhile! I havent really had anything to blog- but I decided to do an update so those who read my blog- (if anyone besides 2 people even read it, that is)

Mary is growing and getting so smart! I am shocked at things she learns and how she LOVES life!! Mary is such a joy! we love her and she keeps us laughing all the time!

Mary, Shannon, and Aubrey were dancing to "Umbrella/Singing in the Rain" Glee version! Mary LOVES this song and she will dance around singing it and waving that Umbrella ella!! Its so cute sometimes in the car I can tell she is thinking of songs- Yesterday she randomly started singing "I'm singing in the rain" and she says "pokerface... you gotta love me" I know those aren't the real lyrics- but that is how miss Mary sings it! :)

I bought Mary this block set for like $5 at Wally World, and she LOVES it-One day she said "Mom, look at my trains"... Do you see the line of blocks? That is her train- Love how they are the same color as well! I love that she is so energetic and happy about life- she really grasps every minute and loves it!!

Jess and Hunter were in town for a week or so- and we hung out A LOT! One day Hunter was grabbing both Jess and I for a picture- we thought it was so cute!! I love that kid!

We went and visited Grandma and Grandpa "Grapes" (Graves) ! Mary Loves her Grapes! :)

AND yesterday was Grandpa Graves birthday!! Happy Birthday Jeff!

I watched Hailey yesterday and this is a cute picture I took of her! She is so fun and cute!! Her name is Hailey Brooke- and Mary was playing with her and she kept saying "HAILEY J.LYN come here" haha Funny thing is J.Lyn is Reegan's middle name!! Silly Mary!
