My Dad needed to go to the school to do some work, and so he came and saw Mary Saturday morning on his way to work. And before we left for the zoo!!
On Earth Day Tautphaus Park and the zoo have some fun things- and the animals are pretty lively as well!
HILARIOUS STORY:
My mom and Aubrey were talking and this was the conversation:
A: Why do you all go do something fun on the days I have to work, and the days I dont work we just sit around.
M: Well Emily invited us to go to the Zoo. Its earth day so they do some fun things there.
A: How do they know its Earth Day?
M: Um, its on the calendar...
A: But how do the animals know?
hahahahahahaha She thought my Mom was saying the animals do fun things! Oh Aubs... I LOVE YOU- You always were the one with common cents :)
So Lindsey, Mom, Brandon, Mary, and I went to the zoo!
Mary enjoyed the snake!
I dont know who was more enthralled... Mary or my Mom! :)
This monkey interacted with people, here it was looking at Mary!
Mary kept saying "he licked me, silly huh" haha I dont know why cause none of the animals did-

My Mom bought the food to feed the goats... Mary did not like this part! Here she had the chance to have "it lick her" and she was not having it! You can see that she is freaking out in the above picture!
The Lions and Tiger were her FAVORITE! She kept saying "ohhh so cute" in her sweet little baby voice!!

Mary LOVED going to the zoo and the weather was gorgeous!!
I cant wait to take Mary to the Zoo more through the summer!

Argh. I wish I could have come with you. Dang work. You got some really good shots of the lions and tigers, Em! Impressive.
Nice pics! I always love the otters too! Love that you got the pic of mary and mom looking at the monkeys. Mom likes the monkeys! Love that she is giving her chap stick to the lion, at least that is what it looks like!
