I can tell you had pigtails in her hair that day. I forgot to tell you below on the 15-month-old post, that she looks so stinkin' cute with those pigtails. And I love her shiny buddha belly. Toddlers and babies are the best. Why is it cute to have a buddha belly when you're a toddler, but not when you're a mom? :)
