Graves Getaway 2010!

This weekend was the Graves Getaway in Lava! We had a lot of fun! On Friday we got there about 6ish and hung out until everyone got there and then went out for pizza at the Royal Hotel ( LOVE THAT PLACE) I cant go to Lava Hot Springs without eating there!!! Then we went back to the camp and sat around the campfire talking, eating junk, and playing Catch Phrase! we didnt get to bed until 1:30AM!

Saturday: we woke up and hung out and decided togo swimming once it opened! We only lasted a half hour os a little longer until the stupid rain storm came! It rained a lot on Saturday so we spent a lot of time in the trailer! We ate at Fat Jacks for lunch that day - while we were eating it was DOWN POURING like no other! Then later that night we went to the hot pools where we only were able to be in there for about 20-30 minutes when the lightening started and they ended up kicking everyone out! :( it was a sad day for swimming! I cant believe my summer is over!

Some of us walked around the town and when we were done we stopped and got some ice cream which is like just around the corner from out camp! Mary passed out- the ice cream was on its side next to marys leg- she didnt even get to finish it! she was so tired!

It was a great weekend and i am excited for next year! I hope more of the family can make it - we really missed Jeremy and April and kids!!! and Josh, Jessy , and Hunter!

Cody taught Cooper how to do the quarter trick and Coop had it down really fast!!! I love his Mom's reaction- she seems so proud! (Jamie is the one drinking the water)
